Perception, Deception & The Goddess Justice

Avoiding deception is about seeing correctly. Seeing with the eyes of Jesus. We can only see with the eyes of Jesus when we are IN HIM, otherwise we will see through the lens of human wisdom and empty philosophies. The Western church needs the remedy Jesus brought to the Laodicean church... to put on eye salve so that we can see correctly.

Laodicean literally means people of the goddess justice. The Laodiceans appraised and judged themselves and thought they were rich because they confused earthly riches with heavenly riches.

Jesus was not in the Laodicean church; He was standing outside knocking and asking to be invited in.

How have you appraised yourself?

Is Jesus standing at the door of your heart... knocking? There will only be one position of safety - one place from which we can avoid deception in the days to come. And it is to be IN CHRIST and HIM in us.
