Part two. The Voice of The Bride.

There is so much I could write here… But I am going to try to be brief (for me!) because I just need to get it out.. I apologise for all the times I say ‘in that moment I just knew’ but this is really one of those words where the Lord has downloaded (and continued to download) revelation in the moment. This is a NOW word!
Last year, after my dream about the wave that came from hell I began to really seek the Lord about the wave of glory that was coming to earth. I had been hearing about this wave everywhere and I believed it! but I have learned to be wary unless I can see it in scripture.
Then one day as I was reading through the book of Ezekial I read this:
Afterward he brought me to the gate, the gate that faces east. And behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east. HIS VOICE WAS LIKE THE SOUND OF MANY WATERS; and the earth shone with His glory. It was like the appearance of the vision which I saw - like the vision which I saw when I came to destroy the city. The visions were like the vision which I saw by the River Chebar; and I fell on my face. And the glory of the Lord came into the temple by way of the gate which faces towards the east. The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple. Ezekiel 43:1-5
HIS VOICE WAS LIKE THE SOUND OF MANY WATERS…!!
As I read this my spirit within me exploded into life and immediately I knew that this was the tsunami wave of glory that was coming to the earth; and I knew that it represented the collective accumulated sound of multitudes upon multitudes of rivers of living water flowing out from the deep places in each believer; the individual voices of the bride, cleansed and made holy, flowing together, aligned horizontally in perfect unity and aligned vertically with the eternal truths of the Word of God. It is a sound sent from heaven and it is the voice of the bride and it is the voice of God in the earth.
The wave is not something that will happen ‘over there’. We will not observe it passively from a safe distance or even close up as on a harbour wall. Nor will we surf it or ride upon it for We ARE the wave and it will come through us...
So wake up, you living gateways! Lift up your heads, you ageless doors of destiny! Welcome the King of Glory, for he is about to COME THROUGH YOU. You ask, “Who is this Glory-King?” The Lord, armed and ready for battle, the Mighty One, invincible in every way! So wake up, you living gateways, and rejoice! Fling wide, you ageless doors of destiny! Here he comes; the King of Glory is ready to come in. You ask, “Who is this King of Glory? ”He is the Lord of Victory, armed and ready for battle, the Mighty One, the invincible commander of heaven’s hosts! Yes, he is the King of Glory! Psalm 24:7-10
I was listening to an American prophet called Paul Keith Jackson a couple of days ago.. And in his talk he shared a vision he had had, where an angel appeared to him and said:
“There is about to be a major outpouring of the Spirit and it will be the
voice of the bride’
Wow wow wow!! Yes it was an open mouth, awe filled moment and confirmation as to the season we are in and the veracity of what the Lord was revealing to me.
And more….This morning I was reading a report of someone who has recovered from Coronavirus and he said he thought he was going to die; that it felt like he was being strangled by the devil and in that moment I knew that the strategy of the devil in this hour is to steal breath and to silence voices. He cannot create. He does nothing new, he only counterfeits the move of God in the earth and this is a season where our Lord is releasing His breath and His voice through His saints in the earth.
It is an Ezekial season where the four winds of revival are blowing and breath is entering into those slain, where an army is coming forth, where the glory of God is returning to the temple and where rivers of living water will flow from the deep spirit places in the emerging warrior bride, becoming a tsunami wave of many waters.
For the last few days in my head I have been hearing and singing one line from a Judie Tzuke song over and over… my voice will be heard… my voice will be heard. I love the song, but could not remember what the song was called or any of the words in it (no memory for anything like this). I asked my 20 year old daughter who is encyclopedic concerning all things music, what the song was called (singing the 5 words I could remember ... very badly!). She accessed the computer files in her head and replied almost immediately “The Written Word.”
Oh this is getting interesting!
I found it, played it and looked up the lyrics and oh my goodness…as far as I know this is a secular song about a woman who has been in a controlling relationship (possibly with the voices inside her own head) but who is emerging as a separate voice, “coming up shouting”, declaring MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD, but her voice is going to be heard in HER way, for it will be hidden in THE WRITTEN WORD!!! As I listened the Holy Spirit was so present, as He impressed upon me again that the voice of the bride has for too long been silenced by the constraints and control of religion.
“You want to make my life like yours.. Are you trying to buy my soul?”
“What are you saying? Telling me I am wonderful? I can move mountains as long as I do it your way?”
Her response to this tyranny is:
"MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD.. I’M COMING UP SHOUTING, BUT IN MY OWN WAY, HIDDEN IN THE WRITTEN WORD".
I'm not sure Judie Tzuke had any idea she was writing prophetically for the church of Jesus Christ!! but it's a reminder to me that the Lord will use whatever is in our hands and in our world to communicate with us.
The voice of the bride is coming forth and it is HIS voice, no longer controlled or shackled by the spirit of religion, but it is coming forth as pure rivers from a pure source, hidden away in the written Word (the mysterious, hidden wisdom of God, 1 Corinthians 2:7) and in perfect alignment with it. It is a river and it is breath and it is life. It is all of these things..
James likens the tongue to a spring that brings forth both salt water and fresh:
With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. James 3:9-12
The waters that flow from the mouth of the bride in this time will be fresh water; pure water; rivers of living water spoken of by Jesus in the gospel of John.
Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his belly will flow rivers of living water.’” Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:38-39
And also in Ezekiel 47:
The man brought me back to the entrance to the temple, and I saw water coming out from under the threshold of the temple towards the east (for the temple faced east)... Ezekiel 47:1
….for the glory has come and is coming, to the inner temple of those who seek Him and who are watchful. And the glory brings restoration; of the altar of the heart and the office of the priesthood. It is so profound to me that the river that flows out from the temple in Ezekial flows first underneath it, in the hidden places of our hearts, purifying secret sins and motives and judgments. Then it flows east (towards those in exile), becoming deeper and deeper and wherever it goes it brings life, turning even the salt sea (Dead sea) into fresh water, and swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. Oh beloved church... THIS IS PROFOUND!. The sea is the seething mass of humanity transformed from salt deadness into living water. Resurrected from death to LIFE!! The end time harvest of souls is upon us!
It is significant that the glory comes back into the temple through the gate that faces east… for when the son of man comes he will come as lightning that flashes from east to west (Matthew 24:7) and he will come as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in our hearts. (2 Peter 1:19) He is coming back from the East.. whether this is simply a metaphor I don't know, but He is coming in a season of deep darkness, like the rising sun and the dawning of a new day to those who are awake and watching. The ones who know the times and season:
Then Jesus said to the crowds, “As soon as you see a cloud rising in the west, you say, ‘A shower is coming,’ and that is what happens. And when the south wind blows, you say, ‘It will be hot,’ and it is. You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and sky. Why don’t you know how to interpret the present time?… Luke 12:55-56
And there is such unity coming forth in this season!… the walls of denominations are buckling.. The remnant bride is emerging with one sound and one Voice!!! and the Holy Spirit is brooding; waiting to command the blessing that comes when there is unity of spirit and purpose.
About 2 years ago, I remember leaping and whirling around my bedroom playing the Bethel song ‘There is a river’ loudly over and over and over.. And I remember sitting with the Lord for hours in my bedroom as He talked with me about the river of life. We sat together and I wrote and wrote and wrote… In the natural realm it was a very difficult time. Everything seemed so broken and yet in my times spent with Jesus in the secret place, revival was bubbling up within me and the brokenness seemed somehow only to allow His glory to shine brighter; to penetrate more deeply inwards through the cracks. He overwhelmed me with His presence and His nearness and His goodness. And I was so thirsty for HIM.
It is our thirst for Him that brings Living water into the temple of our souls (John 7:37). If we thirst He will come. I have a question for you...Are you thirsty? If so for what? For success? For esteem? For the accolades of man? For things? Don't assume you know the answer to this!! Ask yourself and ask Him to show you your heart as He sees it…. our hearts are prone to deception and wickedness..! (Jeremiah 17:9) You will seek to slake your thirst with whatever it is you are thirsty for. I know firsthand what it is to thirst after wrong things and what it is to thirst after right things with wrong motives. It is very often only when we have drunk our own cup to the dregs that we truly thirst for Him. He is the essence of grace. He does not chastise us for drinking our fill of the world first. He knows us well! But when we get to the end of our own cup and we begin to thirst for Him He is there; He has gone out of His way to meet us at the well of Sychar. It is where He spoke with the Samaritan woman and ‘told her everything she had ever done'. Sychar is a place name, possibly derived from Shechem, but it has layers of root derivatives and connotations that mean ‘drunkard, liar, labouring as a slave, hired, end or finish’.
This is a word of encouragement for those who feel they have come to the end of themselves, who have drunk their own cup to the bitter dregs, who are tired of the slavery of their addictions and futile thoughts, who will turn to Him and slake their thirst at the well. This is where He will meet you. This is where the pump is primed and pure living water is drawn forth from the throne of God into your belly, Spirit to spirit...
that you need never thirst again, for this water will become in you a spring of water welling up to eternal life. John 4:1-26
The voice of the bride is being released in the earth. The voice of God which is the sound of many waters is coming forth now over this Easter season; (where the enemy has attempted to shut down the collective voices of corporate worship) this most significant of Christian Holy days. It is the sound of resurrection and revival, of new beginnings and of abundant LIFE!
The word tells us that not every believer will be a part of the bride…(Matthew 25:1-13) the bride is comprised of those who thirst for Him and live for Him and watch for Him, and there is an invitation being extended even now to EVERY believer… saying come…Wake up you living gateways! Turn to face the East and watch! Meet me at Sychar for I am waiting for you there.
The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. Revelation 22:17
